Firstly, the hosts for this property are amazing, communication quick and efficient, over and above what we expected, Craig was excellent and nothing & I mean nothing was too much trouble for him, example we wanted to order a gas BBQ but it would not take our UK credit card – I contacted Craig and he ordered the BBQ and paid on his card (we did re-imburse him!) which saved us a fortune as we (10 of us) could cook our own food.
House is spotless, large and very comfortable beds and linen.
Pool area is amazing – plenty of outside space for all of us & the pool was cleaned regularly whilst we were there, also the grass was cut a couple of times a week.
This is a gated community and patrol cars drive around all the time day & night. The waterpark at the back of the villa was brilliant for the kids when no park time & entrance came free with the villa. The restaurant (Finns) on site had excellent service and food.
Walmart just a 6/7 min drive away & the villa is a fantastic location for quick and non-expensive ubers to all parks.
We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Just say yes to this property if you are looking for a resort get-away close to all Orlando has to offer. We enjoyed our days lounging poolside and soaking in the jacuzzi, just as much as our adventures at the local theme parks and attractions. Plenty of places to eat out nearby as well as a full kitchen for staying in. All bedrooms have good size closets and on suite access to bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out with well appointed bedrooms & two common areas for watching television. Everyone in our group loved this property.

Spacious, clean luxury villa with tons of room to spare. We traveled as a party of 10 in September 22. Arrived to a clean and spacious house, did not feel cramped at all even with 10 people, and still had a double room spare. Large and warm pool with plenty of outdoor space for all to enjoy. Only 25 minutes away from the parks, so easy and quick commuting. Craig and Shannon the owners were fantastic hosts. Any problems we had, they were straight on it. They even made sure multiple times we were OK during Hurricane Ian, making sure we knew what to expect and what to do, very friendly and very helpful. So much easier when you know you have someone who cares at the end of an email or phone. Highly recommend and we will return!

Craig, your villa provided the perfect residence for the 11 of us. The huge pool was a perfect space for the 5 children – they seem to favor it to the nearby water park. Once dried off there weren’t any children under foot as they preferred the game room, especially the air hockey. The dining area was ample to accommodate all 11 of us at dinner. The living room was just right for the adults to relax and recover from the day. It was great to be able to use the TV’s throughout the condo to connect to Netflix, Disney and so on. The club house was just a short walk away, perfect for a family breakfast or to pick up to-go orders after a long day at Disney. Speaking of Disney, what a great location you have! Besides being right next to the clubhouse, Disney was usually only 20 minutes away, even while contending with Orlando’s rush hour. Wal-Mart and Publix similarly nearby.
